Professional adjustable fryer by Royal Catering will prove useful in any restaurant, fast food bar, canteen or catering company. The device is equipped with two chambers with a capacity of 16 l each (3 kg of fries). The fryer has a high heating power of 2 x 6000 W. Each chamber is powered separately and has a separate heater. It takes only 2,5-3 minutes to prepare a portion of fries (100-150 g). Thermostats are responsible for precise temperature setting at a certain level (max. 200°C) and turn off the power consumption if it is exceeded. Removable baskets, heating elements and drain faucets can be freely removed for easy cleaning.
