The device has a double grilling surface, partly smooth and fluted, which will allow you to cook a variety of dishes. The fluted part will work well for meats, the grooves will drain fat and other liquids from the food giving a distinctive pattern.
The large 40x60cm surface allows you to cook many portions at a time. Two 2x 3200W heating elements allow you to quickly reach an operating temperature set separately for each sheet in the range of 50-300°.

A grease removal system for used oil ensures easy cleaning and makes dishes healthier. The unit has a used oil drawer convenient for emptying. Rims on the sides and back of the unit protect against splashing.
