The grill has a smooth surface. The large plate, measuring75x40 cm and 12 mm thick, will accommodate many products. It was made of carbon steel, keeping the heat for a long time. Two heating elements with a power of 3200 W each allow to reach the optimal temperature from 50 to 300°C in a short time. They operate independently of each other and are regulated by knobs. Two built-in thermostats maintain the set temperature. Safety of use is ensured by a fuse that automatically shuts off the power in case of overheating. The grill is made of stainless steel, neutral in contact with food and resistant to corrosion. The smooth surfaces are easy to clean. High rims protect the surrounding area from grease splashes.
