Royal Catering's electric two-chamber deep fryer is capable of frying French fries, meat, fish, or onion rings in a short time, thanks to its powerful heating elements of 3200W each. Thermostats regulated by two convenient knobs are responsible for maintaining the temperature at the right level (50-200°C), and indicator lights allow you to quickly check whether the oil has already heated up.

The fryer is equipped with two chambers with a total capacity of 16 l, which in total can hold up to 8 l of oil. In addition, there is a so-called cold zone at the bottom of the tanks. Thanks to it, the remains of fried food do not burn, which guarantees excellent taste and quality of dishes. The user's safety is ensured by a system responsible for turning off the heater when it is tilted back. In addition, a fuse is installed to protect the device from overheating.

Being made of stainless steel ensures that the fryer is resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion. The steel is also safe for health, as it does not react with food. Rubber feet make the device stable during operation and will not scratch the working surface.

The set comes with baskets equipped with non-heating handles to protect against burns. The baskets can be freely hung by special handles to let the fried food dry of excess fat. The fryer also has lids to protect the interior from dirt, and the baskets and lids are dishwasher safe.
