Durable cast aluminum "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" grill pan from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a dish that will find use at outdoor events, restaurants, hotels and other catering establishments. It is characterized by high quality workmanship and up to 30% energy savings, which is particularly important in the HoReCa industry.

The body of the fluted pan is made of hard cast aluminum and coated with Whitford® Xylan coating, which prevents food from sticking and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The design of the pan has been enhanced with a layer of titanium between the aluminum and the non-stick coating, making it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
