Four-burner gas cooker on an open base from the Kitchen Line series by Hendi is a device designed for professional hotel and restaurant kitchens and catering companies. It is characterized by the high quality of materials used and workmanship, as well as performance characteristic of equipment intended for use in the HoReCa industry.

The industrial gas stove is equipped with two 6000 W burners and two 3500 W burners powered by GZ50 gas (nozzles for LPG included). The cooker's top is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the housing is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, both of which are highly durable, resistant to high temperatures and do not react with food.

On each burner there is a strong cast iron grate (dimensions: 335 x 300 mm) allow to work with pots with a diameter of ø120 - 300 mm. Steel legs allow you to adjust the height of the cooker from 100 to 165 mm, which significantly increases the comfort of work. In addition, the device is equipped with a thermocouple and gas leakage protection in case the flame goes out.
