The rollers are designed to form material with a maximum width of 310mm and a thickness of 1mm. A hand crank allows the rollers to be turned while the sheet is inserted into the rolling machine. A rubber, non-slip handle provides comfortable operation. The knobs adjust the distance between the rollers according to the thickness of the plastic. The top roller allows quick removal of the finished part and facilitates maintenance. The device can be mounted to the ground thanks to holes in the base. For mild steel it is possible to use flat rolling, resulting in a flattened sheet or with a slightly reduced thickness. The rolling machine is also suitable for making fixed radius bends and cylinders. The maximum thickness of the material is 1 mm. Thanks to the grooves on the rollers, the sheet rolling machine will also form a rod, wire or a small tube with a diameter of 8 mm, 6 mm and 4 mm.
