The Wiesenfieldpoultry scaler is ideal for processing chickens before placing them in the plucker. The opening of the pores of the skin under the influence of high temperature later ensures fast and efficient removal of feathers. The equipment is also suitable for ducks, geese, pheasants and turkeys. The machine is capable of scalding 3-5 chickens simultaneously. Inside the scalder there is a removable steel basket with dimensions of 290 x 290 x 510 mm. The equipment has a capacity of 70 l. The housing is made of stainless steel. Maintaining cleanliness is facilitated by a drain cock. Easy operation thanks to a knob for setting the temperature and a separate button for on/off. A sensitive thermostat is responsible for controlling the heater. It is recommended to roast: chickens at 60-65°C for 70-90 seconds, ducks at 63-66°C for 160-180 seconds, geese at 70-72°C for 120-130 seconds, pheasants at 63-67°C for 70-90 seconds, turkeys at 51-54°C for 80-95 seconds.
