Professional gastronomic brewer for cooking pasta and dumplings. It can easily handle cooking frozen food.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it has three separate chambers, two with cooking baskets and one with a GN 1/3 container.
All chambers have a faucet for draining water and separate temperature controls. Thanks to such a solution, you can simultaneously prepare dishes with different flavors and use one chamber to keep the finished dishes warm and the others with a different temperature for cooking. The chamber with a GN 1/3 container will also work perfectly as a GN for keeping sauces warm.
The baskets are made of fine-mesh steel mesh, which allows cooking very fine and thin spaghetti, tortellini or tagliatelle pasta.
The water containers are covered by a lid with openings for the baskets WHICH CONSTANTLY REDUCES the evaporation and loss of water.
