The knob allows you to easily adjust the thickness of slicing (in the range of 1-9 mm), and in addition, the set includes 2 blades for cutting into julienne bars (4,5 and 9 mm). Thanks to the non-slip foot and finger guard, working with the mandoline is always comfortable. Blades slide and housing made of stainless steel. Handle and knob made of ABS plastic. Blade lock prevents the blade from sliding out. Removal is possible after setting the appropriate position n a knob. The integrated folding stand with a wide non-slip foot is made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR). The product is dishwasher safe.
