Made entirely of stainless steel, it has two separate chambers with faucets for draining water and separate temperature control. Thanks to such a solution, you can simultaneously prepare dishes of different flavors and use one chamber for cooking and the other, with a different temperature, for reheating already prepared food.
The baskets are made of fine-mesh steel mesh, which allows you to cook very fine and thin spaghetti, tortellini or tagliatelle pasta.
The water containers are covered by a lid with holes for the baskets WHICH IMPROVEDLY REDUCES the evaporation and loss of water.
