It can be adjusted separately (min. 45°C) for each chamber for the upper and lower heaters. The control panel provides intuitive setting of the oven. Stone fireproof plates distribute heat evenly and allow you to obtain a cake with a crispy bottom. Interior lighting allows you to control the baking process. The equipment is equipped with built-in heating elements, the power of the upper ones is 2 x 2350 W and the lower ones 2 x 2350 W. The housing of the oven is made of painted stainless steel and insulated with mineral wool. The internal dimensions of the unit are 66 x 66 x 14 cm. The oven is powered by 400V.
