Thelow pot from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a dish that will find use in professional gastronomy. It is made of stainless steel, and its outer surface is satin-finished with a polished rim. The bottom of the pot is a "sandwich" type construction (304, 18/10 stainless steel - 5 mm aluminum - 430, 18/0 stainless steel, min. 0.5 mm), which combines the heat distribution properties of aluminum with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel.

The bottom of the pot is manufactured with IMPACT BONDING technology, which ensures perfect bonding of the layers and thus resistance to corrosion and increased heat conduction. The acid-resistant steel inside the pot makes it possible to prepare sour meals, and the sturdy non-heating handles ensure comfortable use of the pot.
