The 161 cm wide refrigerated display case with lid will make it easier to access the necessary food ingredients during food preparation. The display case is suitable for 7 GN 1/3 containers. Thanks to this, various products can be stored in the unit at the same time. The total capacity of the extension is 62 liters.

The vitrine is equipped with a steel closure to protect food from contamination. The unit itself is also made of stainless steel, which is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. Its smooth surface makes it easy to clean. The base also has rubber feet to guarantee stability.

R600a gas is responsible for proper cooling. It provides not only the right temperature, but also energy efficiency. Proper distribution of the refrigerant is taken care of by a built-in fan. The 120-watt chiller allows to quickly reach the required temperature. The cooling level in the range of 2 to 10°C is set by a digital thermostat.

The automatic defrost function is triggered every 6 hours, which will save valuable time. In emergency situations, the process can be started manually.
