The vitrine is equipped with a steel closure to protect food from contamination. The unit itself is also made of stainless steel, which is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. Its smooth surface makes it easy to clean. The base also has rubber feet to guarantee stability.

R600a gas is responsible for proper cooling. It provides not only the right temperature, but also energy efficiency. Proper distribution of the refrigerant is taken care of by a built-in fan. The 110-watt chiller allows to quickly reach the required temperature. The cooling level in the range of 2 to 10°C is set by a digital thermostat.

The automatic defrost function is triggered every 6 hours, which will save valuable time. In emergency situations, the process can be started manually.
