Professional heater, table-top food bemar from German catering equipment manufacturer Royal Catering. Food is heated in a GN 1/1 size container, which is immersed in a water bath. Temperature control from 30 to 90°C is provided by a 1600 W heater and allows precise adjustment of heat to the type of food.

The GN 1/1 container, which is included in the set, is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The capacity of the container is 13 l, and the height is 100 mm. The GN container is suitable for use in ovens and refrigerators. The water tub was made of high-quality stainless steel INOX. The water, which is in the container, evaporates and heats (from underneath) the GN container.

On the wall of the tub there is a water level indicator from 1.5 to 2.5 liters. The control panel consists of an indicator light, an on/off switch and a convenient knob for setting the temperature at 5 levels. The offered food warmer is characterized by intuitive operation and ergonomic design.
