Professional heater, table-top food bemar from German catering equipment manufacturer Royal Catering. Food is heated in a GN 1/1 size container, which is immersed in a water bath. Temperature control in the range from 30 to 90°C is provided by a 900W heater and allows precise adjustment of heat to the type of food.

The GN 1/1 container, which is included in the set, is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The capacity of the container is 8l, and the height is 65 mm. The GN container is suitable for use in ovens and refrigerators. The water tub is made of durable plastic, resistant to high temperatures.

The water, which is in the container, evaporates and heats (from the bottom) the GN container. On the wall of the tub there is a water level indicator from 2 to 4 liters. The control panel consists of an indicator light, an on/off switch and a convenient knob for setting the temperature at 5 levels.
