Royal Catering's electric adjustable fryer, thanks to its powerful 3500W heating element, is capable of frying French fries, meat, fish, or onion rings in a short time. A thermostat, regulated by a convenient knob, is responsible for maintaining the temperature at the right level (50-200°C). Indicator lights allow you to quickly check whether the oil has already heated up.

The fryer is equipped with a 16-liter chamber, which can hold up to 12 liters of oil. In addition, at the bottom of the tank there is a so-called cold zone. Thanks to it, the remains of fried food do not burn, which guarantees excellent taste and quality of dishes. The fryer is also equipped with a drain faucet, which makes it easier to pour out the fat from the tank.

The user's safety is ensured by a system responsible for turning off the heater when it is tilted back. In addition, a fuse is installed to protect the device from overheating.

Being made of stainless steel ensures that the fryer is resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion. The steel is also safe for health, as it does not react with food. Rubber feet make the device stable during operation and will not scratch the working surface.

The set comes with a basket equipped with a non-heating handle to protect against burns. The basket can be freely hung by a special handle to let the fried food drain from excess fat. The fryer also has a lid to protect the interior from dirt, and the basket and lid are dishwasher safe.
