Royal Catering' s 41 x 60 cm electric grill plate allows you to fry a wide variety of dishes. Two powerful heating elements of 3200W each, quickly heat the device to the required temperature. Two built-in thermostats are responsible for its proper maintenance in the range from 50 to 300°C. The heaters are controlled separately, making it possible to prepare different dishes simultaneously.

The device is equipped with a fat drainage system. It allows excess oil to drain into a special drawer, which can be removed and washed. The surroundings of the hob are protected from splashes by a rim (7 cm high) located on the sides and back. The operation status is indicated by colored indicator lights.

Easy cleaning of the device is also influenced by the use of stainless steel. It is resistant to permanent dirt and corrosion. The steel is also biologically inert, whether it does not react with food. The stability of the plate is guaranteed by rubber feet, which protect it from slipping on the working surface.
