The vacuum dryer is used for gentle, accurate and very fast drying of oxidation-sensitive materials: samples, electronic components, laboratory glassware, flammable solvents, etc. Tight closure and lack of air circulation inside allows drying of powdered materials and granules. The use of vacuum eliminated the oxidation of active substances, and the hermetic closure protects the material from contamination from the outside.

Thanks to the possibility of precise temperature setting, it is suitable for tasks in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, university and cosmetic laboratories, as well as in research laboratories of various companies, such as mining.

Reduced drying time (without condensation) is provided by a vacuum, generated inside the chamber. A pressure lower than the ambient atmosphere is created in the chamber - up to a maximum of 133 Pa (0.00133 bar). The vacuum has the effect of significantly accelerating the drying process. Removal of air from the chamber increases the level of safety when processing delicate samples, without causing scale and sedimentation.

The vacuum dryer uses a digital PID temperature controller that allows the temperature inside the chamber to be precisely maintained at a constant level(up to 50 °C). The intensity of heating, can be adjusted with an accuracy of 0.1 °C.

Shelves made of durable aluminum, located in the chamber, can be easily slid in or out. The sealed door is equipped with a viewing window made of pressure-resistant double glass to protect against heat loss and implosion.

The spacious vacuum chamber (with a capacity of 50 liters) is made of durable, anti-corrosive stainless steel that is also resistant to chemical agents. Easy cleaning of the chamber is ensured by smooth interior surfaces and rounded joints.
On the side of the unit there is a Ø 16 mm vacuum pump connection valve. The vacuum pump is not included with the unit.
