Wozinsky WFB-01 set of 3 material resistance bands with varying resistance strength is a brilliant solution for both beginners and advanced people who want to take care of their fitness. Thanks to the Wozinsky exercise bands, you will activate many muscle parts - even those that might not be stimulated with normal training. They are perfect for performing a warm-up. They are also great for strength training - the elastic bands will help you perform more difficult movements to sculpt specific muscle parts, such as the buttocks, legs, calves, thighs or abdomen.

The tapes have the same dimensions (8 x 76 cm), but each is characterized by a different resistance value:

• - resistance of pink rubber (light) - 8-14,5 kg.
• - resistance of gray rubber (medium) - 13.5-22.5 kg
• - resistance of black rubber (heavy) - 20.5-31.5 kg

They are made of polyester cotton, which makes them durable and sturdy. On the inside they have a silicone non-slip strip, which will not let the bands slip during exercise. To make the tapes serve you longer, wash them in cold water and dry them thoroughly in a well-ventilated room. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
