Manual centrifuge for drying washed leaves. The principle of operation is to place the product inside a basket, which falls into a rotating vortex, thanks to the mechanism of gears when turning the crank. The water falls to the bottom of the bucket and is removed from it with the help of a drainage system. It is made of food-grade polyamide and polypropylene, thus there is no migration of anti-nutritional compounds. It is adapted to washing in the dishwasher.
