Bemar with a capacity of 30 L with a mounted glass cover , thanks to the use of a water bath, will effectively maintain the temperature of a large number of dishes. GN 1/2 containers (5 pcs) are included, which allow heating several dishes at the same time. The device is also suitable for different variants of GN containers with a maximum height of 100 mm (to be purchased in our store).

The use of a water bath protects the heated dishes from burning, and the design of the containers allows for efficient heat exchange. An efficient heating element with a power of 2200 W will quickly heat water in the range of 30 - 80°C . In turn, the modern thermostat will maintain the temperature at the required level. This will allow optimal energy consumption without the risk of high costs.

In addition, it does not react with food, which guarantees health safety. The steel is also easy to clean, and the GN containers can be washed in the dishwasher. For added convenience, a faucet has been installed to quickly empty the water tank.
